LinkStud PSR Weld Punching Shear Rails In-House

Welding is a key process used in the manufacture of Shear Reinforcement Rails.

Our manufacturing facility at LinkStud PSR is comprehensive and is equipped with several manual welding cells and 5 robot welding machines for the production of punching shear reinforcement rails.

LinkStud PSR offers a unique service to the industry. By combining comprehensive in-house Upset Forging, Welding and Testing capability, we are able to offer full traceability, a swift turnaround of orders to meet call-off requirements, lower environmental impact and simpler administration.

The LinkStud PSR system is manufactured under a cares independently audited and certified BS EN ISO 9001:2008 quality management system.
